Joyce and I had planned this picnic since early May. It was quite unfortunate that the weather was rainy yesterday so we had to postponed it. Lucky for us, the weather was beautiful today – it wasn’t hot and humid but nicely overcast instead. I took this photo under this cool lookin’ tree (you don’t see enough nature around in S’pore!) until I got attacked by ants literally after my Boy took this photo. NEVER hang out under cool lookin’ trees.

Joyce and Ilsa pigging out – we had weiner on sticks, fruit kebabs (but you’ve to make it yourself), Old Chang Kee (basically, deep fried all-sorts), marshmallows, and etc. Yeah, I’m abit over-dressed compared to them! I just wanted to wear my vintage dress… it’s been a year or so.

Eshan (I think that’s how you spell his name) is a cute kid. He’s going to grow up and all the girls will be swooning over him. I thought it was funny that he posed with a bottle of pink, fruity beer – BTW, I’m hooked on this beer. Any orders? Ilsa’s friend imports them.

Joyce and her son, Keron – and manny, Edwin. Aww… she was trying to get Keron to take a picture.

That’s me and my boy. He thinks I’m looking very granny today and I said it’s ‘granny chic’. Well, that’s the thing about vintage – I always wonder when is the best time or day to wear it. Today is ‘granny chic’ day whether you like it or not.

Here’s a close-up on my belt and print on my dress. I won this dress from Lullie Vintage on eBay two years ago and I’ve only worn it 3 times so far. I’ve another vintage dress that I haven’t worn until today. Hmm.

Come back here, boys! Elian hijacked the bicycle and took it for a crazy ride down hill.

Kids, don’t try this at home. Will result it dizziness and possibly, hysteria. Have a good Sunday rest, people!
