Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs pay homage to the late designer and artist, Stephen Sprouse for a new, limited edition collection of accessories and ready-to-wear. These tribute pieces will hit the stores on 9 Jan next year.

The rumours are TRUE! Fashionologie reports that “Katie Holmes shot the Spring 2009 ad campaign for Miu Miu today with eight unnamed models — which explains the smoky makeup and slicked-back hair the paparazzi caught her in this evening. No word on who the campaign photographer is, but based on history, I would guess Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott”
I can’t help but notice Suri Cruise’s cute red ballet shoes! Do they come in adult sizes?
Anyway, I’m unbelievably busy for at least till December - presentation, exam, work events, parties, blah blah blah blah. I just wanna bolt out of this country and be a bum. Like seriously. Will blog when I can. In the meantime, I can’t believe it’s December already!! Yikes.
We all know Rachel Bilson is one unique fashion individual. Let’s just say, her first collection, Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans does not disappoint. I love the color palette of white, black and traffic yellow - very indie, and very chic. Rachel says, “The pieces are really wearable which I think is important because you can mix and match from the line.” Her ideas are simple which is great because she doesn’t try too hard to be avant-garde or something. Better still, it doesn’t look like garbage from Heidiwood or Lauren Conrad. I’m sorry girls, I’m not a fan of The Hills.

How do you make a splash with your fashion line? Do it the Justin Timberlake style. Make three short films and call them, “My Name is William Rast” - create a cool storyline, dress up the character and put a face to your brand. Most importantly, William Rast digs “Birdie”, featuring the leggy Erin Wasson who broke her foot while shooting this line of shorts.
