Initially, I was supposed to blog this yesterday. But, Fash-E was facing some techy difficulties (so annoying!) and here I am, blogging 24 hours late. As you’ve heard, ZARA sale is on since Thursday. I didn’t snag anything - it’s like a warzone at the Liat Tower outlet. My boy managed to grab a red bomber jacket and a work shirt. The boys’ section is not as crazy as the ladies. I don’t think the sale is that good, just wait for everything to be picked over and then hunt for the hidden gems. Just kidding.

Flea-tique is back! I know, it’s prolly happening right now as I’m blogging. The weather is really hot outside. I won’t be checking it out later. WHY? I’m going to the Singapore Toy and Comic Convention! YES! Tofu-Oyako! Tokidoki! Devilrobots! I’m THERE! Then, I’ve a birthday party to attend. Photos! I promise

Fash-E was at the ‘inaugural’ Flea-tique!, at Sculpture Square last Saturday. The weather wasn’t very kind - as it was blazing hot! Plus, the fact that I was there at 12:15pm - you get the picture. However, I still rummaged through the goodies but I didn’t manage to find anything I fancy. I was a little appalled when I was quoted $10 for a pair of “vintage” earrings (which I could prolly get from BKK for 50 cents!). So, I left. Call me cheap - but isn’t that part of thrifting? I don’t pay a bomb for secondhand items. Simply ridiculous. I even saw a dress for $59! So yeah… a flea market that was too expensive for moi. Maybe the heat totally put me off the entire experience.

Fash-E is going to raid Flea-tique! this Saturday. Hopefully, I’ll be able to find some treasures and knick knacks. It has been awhile since I last went thrifting. So, see you there - alright?
“Rapunsale, Rapunsale
Let down your hair
So I may climb
To bring you something to wear”

OK, Fash-E was at The Loof. The funny thing is, we didn’t stay for the fashion show which we later saw from Raffles Hotel that it looks jaw-droppingly cool in the glass display. However, we did go for the rooftop shopping bazaar - which was fun, but a little crampy due to lack of walking space. The trio (Moe Moe, Reena and yours truly) just strolled around but we didn’t manage to find anything we want. I quite like this dress from Hansel - but it was the sticky, humidity that turned us away (which is why we didn’t come back for the show!). And, we went for Vietnamese food along Seah St (Va Va Voom, if I remember correctly). Now I wish I had tried on the dress - at the very least. Sigh, why this dissonance?

More updates about our whereabouts. Hint: Camwhoring at Raffles Hotel.
