I Heart Kidrobot by Tarina Tarantino

It’s no secret that I’m quite a fan of Kawaii stuff. I like my Tofu-Oyako, Tokidoki, Devilrobots and yeah, Kidrobot. And, I like Tarina Tarantino’s designs as well. How can I not be excited with the jewelry collaboration between Kidrobot and designer Tarina Tarantino? The jewelry line will debut on my eh-hem, birthday on 30th July and prices will range from USD$65 to USD$975 *ouch*

This new collection includes “necklaces, bracelets, earrings, charms, rings, and wallet chains that all feature a Kidrobot character, plus Tarantino’s signature Swarovski-crystal embellishments, Lucite beads, pearls, silk ribbons, and cast-metal pendants”. Are you lovin’ these drop earrings with angry-looking bunnies smoking cigarettes and sticking out their tongues?

Quixotic Inc: Vintage Finds & Imported Fun

It has been a busy Easter weekend. I’ve been working on my iPod consumer behaviour project and also ‘holiday’ shopping at travel fairs. Travelling is my way of escaping urban depression and discovering trends on the opposite side of the world. On a lighter note, I’ve something fun to look forward to, no?

Quixotic Inc. is Singapore’s online retail shop that brings together a collection of “one-off lovely pieces, and wonderful trinkets from all over the world to Singapore”. They also import oversea brands such as one of my fave, Fredflare, Indie Art Collective, 31 Corn Lane and Loungefly - so you don’t have to wait forever for your goodies to arrive!

Fredflare Risky Business Sunglasses

Fredflare Risky Business Sunglasses
As seen on Drew Barrymore and Kirsten Dunst, this is Fredflare’s best selling sunnies and now available in Singapore! This Halloween - you can relive the 80s, put on your best white long-sleeve shirt and prance around in your undies. I’m kidding, really - you don’t wanna end up on the cover of Newpaper!

Loungefly Heart Skull Luggage Tag
How about a uber-cute Heart Skulltag by Loungefly? Here’s a travel tip: Make sure your luggage bag stands out from the rest. Its a time-saving technique so you can spot your bag coming without flipping through all luggage tags or squinting your eye at every black bag on the conveyor belt.

We Love Horses Charm Necklace & Earring
Who doesn’t love horses? I never rode a horse in my life but I sure want to wear one! 31 Corn Lane make the cutest bags and accessories that you’ll definitely dig. This collection is such a charm.

‘Tiny Armour Jewelry’ is Big

Tiny Armour

Don’t expect to protect yourself with Tiny Armour! It’s made for the chic, not for safety. Originating from Los Angeles, Angi Glenn started her knick-knack business out of her love and passion for pop-culture. If you’re a 70s or 80s baby, you’re going to dig her designs as her jewelry “reflect a sense of childhood innocence while honoring the rebellious spirit of unique fashion forward ’soldiers’”.

Tiny Armour

I’ll be happy to wear a lil’ nostalgia on my fingers. Pacman absolutely rocks!
